Accomodations:
Stray Cat has two identical cabins, one in each hull which contain queen size berths, drawers and enclosed shelf storage, and 2 hanging lockers and a small bench. The cabins are bright and airy, with one large hath and two ports over the berth area and three ports and one hatch in the dressing area. Each head contains one hatch and a port in head and shower areas. Access to the engines is aft of the shower, with stand-up room and a locker that opens over head for air and light.The salon consists of a large wrap around dead light window that offers 180 degree views to the exterior. There is an "L" shaped sitting area with a matching chair and a table that collapses down flat against a bulkhead or opens to two sizes. A wide shelf surrounds the salon area.Froli spring mattress system in owners' cabin.Within the past two years, this vessel has seen extensive upgrades and maintenance.

Mechanical Equipment:
Exhaust Elbows have been replaced 2/08. Raw Water Pump, PRessure Water pumpn and Alternators have been rebuilt and fully reconditioned 2/08. Bottom was stripped and epoxy barrier coated in April 2007. Micron Extra bottom paint applied before relaunch.Recently reconditioned Danish Made Folding props by Veri Prop.Propane alarm and control.Carbon Monoxide alarm.Each engine room contains an Espar diesel fuel heater with distribution to each cabin.All manuals and literature as available.All transferable warranties will be transferred with title to boat.

Galley:
The U-shaped galley is aft and to starboard with a lots of counter space, stainless steel sink, a 12 cubic foot top loading refrigerator, a two burner LPG stove with oven fueled by 2 10 lb aluminum propane tanks, with hot and cold pressurized water. There is an abundance of storage with cabinets over and under and a large pantry opposite the galley.Two 70 gallon water tanks are filled on deck through a filter to remove chlorine which protects the aluminum tanks. Galley faucet has a PUR filter.Eleven gallon hot water tank is heated via engine or shore power.Remote external coldwater/shower hose located aft.Refrigeration is a newer, 2005 Frigaboat-Keel cooled system. The 12 CU Ft refrigerator and freezer, controlled with an electronic panel that determines the rpm's of the compressor. This keeps the freezer at around 20F and the refrigerator at 38F and has the capacity to keep lower temperatures. Present usage with a full freezer and refrigerator is about 6 amps at 40 minutes per hours.Newer Microwave oven included.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Raytheon C-80 Radar-Chart plotter, and ST 60 instruments; wind, speed, depth with a repeater at the Nav Station.Navionic cartridges for the US east Coast and Gulf Coast, and the Bahamas. Various chart books and cruising guides are included.Raytheon ST 6001 Autopilot.Mast mounted radar dome.2005 Standard Horizon, Spectrum VHF radio with RAM mike at the helm.2005 new anchor light and range/deck lights. Electrical System:
Six 105 Amp/hr glass mat batters (AGM) have been added as a house bank, for 635 A/H. while retaining the original 2 battery setup as a starting bank.2500 watt Freedom inverter charger, with a control panel at the nav station, and a Blue Seas echo charger for the starting bank.2007; two 85 watt solar panels over the bimini with a power booster controller.2500W InverterEngine alternators are two 55 amp with a spare Balmar 100 amp alternator with a Balmar three stage regulator.Two 30 amp, 50 foot shore power cords.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Solid foredeck with safe and stable platform for sailhanling and anchor work.Large aft cockpit with all lines leading to the helm. Center pedestal wheel steering.Textiline shade awning for use around cockpit and textiline shade covers for port and starboard side panels of salon.A new dodger-bimini combination was installed in April 2007.New holding tank and hoses installed 2007.Ground tackle; Delta 35# with 60 feet of 3/8" chain and 300 feet of 5/8" nylon rode.Simpson Lawrence Electric windlass, up and down with hand controller.35# Danforth with chain and 200 ft nylon rode. Both anchors are mounted on bow rollers.Four 60' 5/8" docking lines, with 6 shorter docking lines of 35' each.Four fenders, and fender line fasteners at the base of stanchions, port and starboard.One large ball fender and a four part folding fender for various docking situations.

Sails and Rigging:
